Predator BTR's eliminate the necessity of paper tape usage on older NC and CNC machines. Predator BTR's add an RS-232 or RS-422 port to your existing NC and CNC machines allowing sending, receiving, and drip feeding large NC or CNC programs. Predator BTR's RS-232 or RS-422 port allows plug and play compatibility with PCs, and Predator CNC Editor, Predator DNC, Predator Desktop, and Predator MDC. Predator BTR's include all required tape reader and tape punch cables, connectors, and power supply if required.

Expanded Memory
Have to load large NC or CNC programs? Predator BTR's are available in three memory sizes 128k, 512k and 2 Megs supporting 1000 feet, 4,000 feet and 16,000 feet of tape respectfully. Every model supports drip feeding of unlimited size NC or CNC programs.
Note: Not all NC or CNC controls support drip feeding protocols.
675 Tape Reader and Tape Punch Compatible
Concerned about compatibility Predator BTR's are 675 compatible with every major tape reader and punch vendor. 675 compatibility means that operation of the Predator BTR is transparent to the NC or CNC machine. A NC or CNC machine with an installed Predator BTR still thinks it is running from tape.
